Return and refund terms

Thank you for shopping at Aloenviva.com. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a return and refund service. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our return and refund policy.
- Return policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged goods: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Wrong item: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Unsatisfied items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return process
To make a return, follow these steps:

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and return address.

Packing and shipping: Pack the goods together with the original packaging and all accessories, with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Refund policy
After we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process the refund based on the following:
- Defective or damaged goods: We will refund them in full, including original and return shipping costs.
- Wrong item: We will give you a full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
- Unsatisfied items: We will refund the purchase price of the item, but not the original and return shipping costs.
- Refund processing time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be refunded through your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary, depending on your bank.
- Exceptions
The following circumstances do not apply to the return and refund policy:
- Custom Goods: Any custom or personalized goods will not be accepted for return unless the goods are defective or damaged.
- Promotional items: Any items purchased during the promotional period will not be accepted for return unless the item is defective or damaged.
